Andy was born and raised in Silverdale, Washington. He graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Orthotics & Prosthetics in 1996. While living in Seattle, he gained valuable trauma experience at Harborview Medical Center.
In 2004, Andy moved his family to Richland, which is his wife’s hometown. He purchased Yakima Orthotics & Prosthetics in 2015 and moved to Yakima. He now sees patients in all three offices: Yakima, Richland and Ellensburg.
He specializes in custom prosthetics and loves to keep up on the latest technology. He enjoys patient care and strives to provide the best service.
Andy has been married for more than 25 years and has three children. Favorite activities include spending time with family, being outdoors, going to church and elk hunting.

CLINICAL MANAGER / TRI-CITIES
Tammy graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics in 1987. She completed her internship and continued working in San Diego for three years before returning to the Northwest and working in the Seattle/Tacoma area. Having grown up in the Tri-Cities, she and her family decided to return in 1996. She worked locally in Orthotics and Prosthetics for nearly five years before becoming the Office Manager at Tri-Cities Orthotics & Prosthetics in 2000.
Tammy has been a long-time member of The American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (AAOP) and served as Northwest Chapter AAOP President from 2002–2004. She has over 30 years of experience in all areas of her profession and has been traveling to Pendleton for over 20 years taking part in the Children’s Developmental Rehab Clinic at the Umatilla Morrow ESD monthly. Pediatrics is one of her areas of specialty. She feels working closely with therapists and physicians provides the highest quality orthotic and prosthetic care.
Tammy is married with one daughter and enjoys volleyball, biking, hiking, and nature as much as possible.

Larry graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Orthotics & Prosthetics in 1988. Completing his residency at Newington Children’s Hospital in Connecticut he continued to work on the East Coast until 2002 when he returned to his hometown of Yakima and began working for Yakima Orthotics & Prosthetics. While Larry has vast experience in all areas, he has extensive knowledge of lower extremity prosthetics.

CLINICAL SERVICES DIRECTOR / YAKIMA
Chris is a native Washingtonian and graduated from Eastern Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2006. He earned his Prosthetics and Orthotics Certificates from the Newington Certificate Program in Connecticut. After graduating, Chris returned to Washington and completed his residency with Hanger Prosthetics & Orthotics in Bremerton. In 2008, Chris joined Yakima Orthotics & Prosthetics.
Chris works with both upper and lower extremity amputees, as well as all areas of orthotics. He enjoys working with cutting edge technology in the field. He values educating and working closely with patients, therapists, and physicians to ensure the highest quality orthotic and prosthetic care.
Chris has a home in the Yakima area with his wife and three children. He loves playing a variety of sports and manages a city league softball team. Chris and his wife are actively involved in their church and enjoy serving the community.

PRACTITIONER/TRI-CITIES
Jennifer is a congenital hand amputee who began her career building orthoses and prostheses as a technician. Desiring to become an orthotist/prosthetist, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Washington in 2012. She then completed a two-year residency in Vancouver, WA where she gained valuable cranial orthoses experience.
In January 2020, Jennifer joined Tri-Cities Orthotics & Prosthetics. She specializes in cranial, below-knee adjustable sockets, partial hands, and silicone prosthetics and orthotics. She is also certified in amputee transtibial and transfemoral gait training.
Jennifer lives in Richland with her dog and two young sons. As the daughter of military and immigrant parents, she has a strong work ethic. In her spare time, she enjoys outings with her family, going to church events and sculpting.

PRACTITIONER/TRI-CITIES
Hobie grew up in Southern California. He graduated from California State University with a Bachelor in Health Science: Prosthetics after completing the Orthotics and Prosthetics program in 2009. He went back to school for a certificate in Orthotics in 2010. Since graduating, Hobie has obtained vast exposure working in various offices in California, Washington, and Pennsylvania.
Hobie is particularly interested in lower extremity orthotics, prosthetics, and pediatric involvement. He is empathetic to those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as he has first-hand experience with one of his children, who also has been diagnosed with ASD. Hobie is committed to finding the best solutions to patients’ problems and strives for continued improvement as technology advances.
Hobie is married and has two boys. They enjoy cooking, baking, hiking, Stand-up Paddle Boarding, kayaking, and all things Disney.
Our patient care facilities are all accredited by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthotics, Inc. (ABC). This means we have chosen to have our patient care centers measured against the most rigorous standards in the profession. We have the staff, equipment and expertise that ABC believes are important for the delivery of high quality patient care.
